Responsible AI Use
Last updated: June 19, 2026 · Effective immediatelyThese rules apply to FUA LiveCam, FUA App, dashboard AI tools, creator workflows, generated outputs, live streams, uploads, references, and any content created or distributed through FUA services.Responsible AI Use
FUA LiveCam is built for original AI avatars, tutorials, demos, training, streaming, and branded creator workflows. Users must not use FUA to impersonate real people, deceive viewers, misuse someone's likeness, create fake engagement, violate platform rules, or remove provider safety marks.
FUA users must only upload, stream, generate, or publish content they own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to process. If a person's likeness, voice, identity, brand, private material, copyrighted work, or third-party platform is involved, the user is responsible for consent, disclosure, and compliance.
2. Acceptable Use and Provider Rules
FUA LiveCam may use third-party AI providers, including Decart or other configured providers, to support selected avatar and video workflows. Users must follow FUA rules, provider acceptable use policies, and the rules of any platform where outputs are streamed, posted, sold, or distributed.
Where reasonable, FUA may use warnings, checks, filters, account gating, moderation review, suspension, or other controls to reduce misuse. FUA may block or remove access where content appears unsafe, non-consensual, deceptive, illegal, or inconsistent with provider requirements.
Users must not present modified outputs, derivative tools, integrations, or workflows as official Decart releases or official releases from any other provider unless that provider has expressly allowed it.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Impersonating real people, brands, creators, customers, employees, public figures, or private individuals without permission.
- Creating deceptive AI content, undisclosed deepfakes, fake testimonials, fake evidence, misinformation, fake engagement, spam, scams, phishing, or platform manipulation.
- Using another person's face, voice, likeness, identity, private content, or copyrighted material without consent or a valid legal right.
- Creating or distributing illegal, exploitative, hateful, violent, self-harm, child safety, malware, privacy-invasive, or non-consensual content.
- Removing, obscuring, altering, or bypassing provider watermarks, provenance signals, metadata, safety marks, moderation controls, or security measures.
4. Disclosure and Safety Marks
Users should disclose AI-generated or AI-altered content when required by law, platform policy, client expectations, or the context of publication.
Provider safety marks, watermarks, metadata, moderation labels, and provenance signals must be preserved where present and must not be removed or misrepresented.
5. Report Misuse
Report abuse or unsafe content connected to FUA LiveCam or FUA App as soon as possible.
