Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and BOOKFUA / Fuaprint Studios LTD for access to FUA App, FUA LiveCam, the dashboard, Credits, creative workspaces, support tools, and related services.

By creating an account, signing in, buying Credits, using FUA LiveCam, uploading media, generating outputs, requesting paid service access, or accessing any FUA App feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use FUA App.

You confirm that you have legal capacity to enter this agreement, that your use is lawful where you are located, and that the information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be underage, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise ineligible.

FUA App is a creative AI workspace for lawful content creation, image editing, AI video workflows, voice and music assets, FUA LiveCam, OBS-supported output, tutorials, marketing content tools, campaign assets, and related dashboard tools.

You may use FUA App for legitimate creative work, education, entertainment, streaming, content production, personal projects, commercial creator workflows, and other lawful uses that comply with these Terms and platform rules.

FUA LiveCam is designed for responsible creative use, including avatars, tutorials, demos, streaming, training, and branded creator workflows. Users must not use the service to impersonate real people, deceive others, misuse someone's likeness, or violate the rules of any platform where outputs are used.

Any use outside these permitted purposes, or any use that causes legal, safety, privacy, payment, provider, or reputational risk, is a breach of these Terms.

You agree that you will not use FUA App, FUA LiveCam, AI image/video/audio tools, marketing content tools, or any related feature to:

• Impersonate a real person, public figure, private individual, customer, employee, creator, brand, or organization without explicit permission.
• Create, request, upload, stream, distribute, or publish non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, exploitative content, or sexualized content involving the likeness of a real person without permission.
• Commit fraud, identity theft, scams, phishing, payment abuse, chargeback fraud, financial deception, or account takeover.
• Produce deceptive AI avatar output, fake news, political deception, misleading public-event content, manipulated evidence, or content intended to trick people about real persons or events.
• Harass, threaten, defame, abuse, stalk, blackmail, exploit, or harm any person or group.
• Generate or promote hate, extremist content, terrorism, violence, self-harm, exploitation, discrimination, or illegal activity.
• Violate privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, platform rules, or applicable law.
• Attempt to disable, tamper with, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, automate, or interfere with security controls, billing systems, Credits, access passes, moderation systems, provider controls, or the app infrastructure. Users must follow FUA rules, third-party provider rules, and the rules of any platform where outputs are used.
• Share, resell, sublicense, rent, transfer, or distribute your account, access, API tokens, dashboard access, or generated provider credentials without written permission.

FUA LiveCam is built for original AI avatars, tutorials, demos, training, streaming, and branded creator workflows. Users must follow our Responsible AI Use rules, third-party provider rules, and the rules of any platform where outputs are used.

Report abuse or unsafe content connected to FUA App, FUA LiveCam, impersonation, deceptive AI output, non-consensual likeness use, fake engagement, or provider safety mark removal as soon as possible.

FUA tools are designed for responsible creative use, including original avatars, tutorials, demos, training content, streaming, and branded creator workflows. Users must not use FUA to impersonate real people, deceive viewers, misuse someone's likeness, create fake engagement, or violate the rules of any platform where outputs are used.

If you upload a face, voice, image, video, reference file, or other media, you confirm that you own it, created it, licensed it, or have permission to use it. You are responsible for clearly disclosing AI-generated or AI-manipulated content where required by law, platform rules, or provider policies.

Some outputs may include provider watermarks, metadata, branding, or usage restrictions. You must not remove, hide, alter, or interfere with provider safety marks unless you have written permission or an approved workflow.

You are responsible for every prompt, upload, reference image, voice sample, video, audio file, generated output, live stream, order, message, and action made through your account.

You must only upload or use media that you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to process. If a person, likeness, voice, identity, brand, artwork, private content, or copyrighted material is involved, you are responsible for getting permission before use.

FUA App provides tools. We do not control how you use your outputs outside the service. You are responsible for legal compliance, disclosure, platform rules, consent, and any consequences of your use.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BOOKFUA, Fuaprint Studios LTD, owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of FUA App or any related tool.
• Your violation of these Terms, laws, platform rules, provider rules, or third-party rights.
• Content you upload, generate, stream, publish, sell, distribute, or use.
• Disputes between you and another person, brand, customer, employer, client, platform, payment provider, or rights holder.
• Fraud, impersonation, non-consensual content, copyright claims, privacy claims, payment disputes, or safety complaints connected to your account.

FUA App may sell Credits, access products, packages, content packages, or one-time purchases. A purchase is not complete until payment is confirmed and access is applied to your account.

Credits are consumed by eligible tools based on the workspace, provider, selected model, duration, media type, usage rate, or displayed cost. Provider availability, technical limits, moderation results, and account status may affect whether a generation or session can run.

Credit purchases and access products are generally final once access has been granted, except where a verified technical error by FUA App caused the loss, or where applicable consumer protection law requires a refund.

If a payment is duplicated, failed, charged but not applied, or incorrectly reflected in your account, contact support@bookfua.com with the payment reference within 14 days of the transaction.

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, stolen payment methods, or false disputes may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of Credits, blocked access, and recovery action where permitted by law.

You are responsible for keeping your login method, email, password, device, session, and account access secure.

Do not share your account or dashboard access with another person unless FUA App has expressly allowed that use. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@bookfua.com if you suspect unauthorized access, payment abuse, account takeover, or misuse of your account.

FUA App, FUA LiveCam, the dashboard, interface, workflows, designs, software, source code, copy, branding, logos, templates, and service structure are owned by BOOKFUA, Fuaprint Studios LTD, or our licensors.

These Terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service as allowed by these Terms. You do not receive ownership of the app, systems, models, provider integrations, code, templates, or brand assets.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from FUA App or its underlying systems without written permission.

Your use of FUA App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect account details, payment references, usage records, support records, uploaded media, prompts, generated outputs, moderation information, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with payment processors, hosting/database providers, email/support providers, AI providers, moderation/safety channels, legal authorities, or service providers where needed to operate FUA App, process payments, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

FUA App is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact AI results, provider uptime, compatibility with every device, platform acceptance, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOOKFUA, Fuaprint Studios LTD, owners, employees, contractors, partners, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, lost-profit, lost-data, business interruption, account misuse, platform enforcement, or third-party claims arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for FUA App in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may respond to valid legal process, regulatory requests, court orders, subpoenas, law enforcement requests, payment-provider requests, provider safety requests, or legally required disclosures.

Where permitted by law and reasonably practicable, we may attempt to notify affected users before disclosure. We may preserve records, suspend access, block tools, or cooperate with investigations where abuse, fraud, child safety, impersonation, non-consensual content, or illegal activity is suspected.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account, Credits, access, outputs, content requests, or tool availability at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud, abused payments, violated safety rules, or used the service illegally.

If your account is terminated for cause, unused Credits, access passes, and pending benefits may be forfeited without refund where permitted by law.

You may request account closure by contacting support@bookfua.com. Closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund of used or granted access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting a formal claim, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution through support or written communication. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to competent courts or arbitration in Nigeria where applicable.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only on your own behalf and not as part of a class, representative, or collective action.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The updated Terms take effect when posted unless stated otherwise.

Your continued use of FUA App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You should review this page periodically.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent required, and the remaining Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any workspace-specific rules shown inside FUA App, form the entire agreement between you and BOOKFUA / Fuaprint Studios LTD for use of the service.
